Scope:Led mobile product delivery for a wireless projector control application, defining the core control set, authentication and permission model, and projector communication approach to enable reliable, low-friction operation across iOS and Android.

Impact:Solved a major operational pain point by replacing IR-only control with permissioned wireless access, enabling any authorized user to adjust projector settings from their phone, reducing setup friction, and improving responsiveness during installation and live operation.
