Scope:Owned mobile product execution for an NFC-enabled service utility, defining the technician workflow, data set requirements, and projector-side integration needed to deliver instant, reliable unit identification and parameter visibility in the field.

Impact:Removed a major service and operations pain point by enabling technicians to access critical projector parameters in seconds using an NFC scan, eliminating the need to power on units to retrieve serial, IP, and lamp-life information and improving maintenance efficiency across projector fleets.
