Scope:Led end-to-end software product execution for a multi-projector monitoring and control platform, partnering with Engineering and Service teams to define workflows, usability, and feature delivery across enterprise AV deployments.

Impact:Improved projector fleet uptime and operational efficiency by enabling centralized monitoring, remote diagnosis, and batch actions (power, firmware, health checks) at scale—reducing manual effort and accelerating issue resolution across multi-projector deployments. This was a true voice-of-customer implementation that drove product sales and strengthened positioning against competitors.
